Each ceramic piece is uniquely crafted over a period of weeks; handthrown on a wheel, dried, trimmed and crafted, bisque-fired, glazed, re-fired, sanded and cleaned. No two pieces are the same.
Handmade with love and attention to detail. Please be aware that all handmade items may contain small imperfections. Candles will sometimes contain internal glaze imperfections or cracks that make them unsuitable for food use.
Candle care instructions:
- Trim the wick to 1/4" tall before relighting to keep candle burning cleanly.
- Allow enough time for the candle to melt completely to the edges to prevent "tunneling".
- Avoid burning candles for more than 3-4 hours at a time.
- Always place a candle on a stable heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects before lighting. Keep out of reach of pets and children.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Once candle is burned down, ceramic hand-made containers are recommended to be reused. To empty:
- Wait for any remaining wax to cool and completely solidify.
- Use a spoon to lever the hardened wax out, starting from the sides of the container.
- Use a spoon to lever the wick base out, along with any glue residue.
- Hand wash with warm water and detergent, and reuse!
- Candle containers can be refilled with new candles, or they make great storage cups for pens, keys, jewellery, makeup brushes, hair ties, and more!
Once empty, please note the following care instructions:
- Hand wash only (do not soak).
- Not dishwasher safe.
- Do not microwave.
